Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance (QA):

• Assist in writing and executing test cases for software products.
• Identify, report, and track software bugs, and collaborate with the QA and development teams.
• Support testing activities to ensure product quality and performance.

Business Analysis:

• Help in gathering and analyzing business requirements from stakeholders.
• Assist in creating detailed documentation for process improvements and system changes.
• Conduct market research and contribute to business development strategies.

Sales:

• Participate in lead generation and customer outreach efforts.
• Support the sales team in managing customer relationships and follow-ups.
• Collaborate on sales strategies and campaigns, assisting in CRM management and reporting.
• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt to different roles and work collaboratively across teams.
• Basic understanding of software development, business processes, or sales is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with CRM tools, testing software, or business analysis methodologies is a bonus.
