KEY ACCOUNTAIBILITIES
Governance
- Provide overall governance of Quality Assurance and User Acceptance Test.
Provide and implement overall Testing Operating Model and ensure Operating Model is maintained across projects.- Meet project schedule timeline
Deploy and manage the appropriate testing framework to meet the testing mandate
- Ensure Requirement Traceability in test scope
Operational
- Test Planning and Management:
Create Test Strategy- QA Resource demand supply management
Estimation for QA & UAT
- Create QA & UAT test Plan including test matrix and test cycle planning.
Identify dependencies and participants required to mitigate the risks to system quality and obtain stakeholder support for this plan- Define the scope of testing within the context of each project/ release / delivery
Planning, deploying, and managing the testing effort for any given engagement / release
- Arrange the Hardware and software requirement for the Test Setup
Co-ordinate intra-project testing effort- Communicate test planning decisions
Capturing and reporting changes correctly and consistently.
- Provide Business Readiness Support and Live provisioning
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in IT/Insurance/Finance, or equivalent area of study.
At least 7 years of experience in a Life Insurance- Proven experience as team member in system project implementation
Good knowledge of Test Management methodologies, tools, processes, and procedures
- Highly experienced in in managing test cycles with track record of quality delivery.
Proficient in business and financial analysis and business case development.- Highly experienced in requirements traceability and defining test scenarios and test scripts.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM8,- 00 - RM10,000.00 per month
