Python Developer (Lead)

In this role, you will play a crucial part in designing, developing, and optimizing our Python applications. Your extensive experience in Python development, combined with your commitment to staying abreast of the latest trends and technologies, will be instrumental in propelling our products and services to greater heights.

• Roles and Responsibilities:

Resource Management: Efficiently assign tasks to optimize the delivery of business requirements.

• Advanced Development: Design, develop, and optimize Python applications to meet business needs and enhance functionality.

Code Review: Review peers code for compliance with standards, functionality, and optimization.

• Collaboration: Work closely with other developers, architects, and product managers to ensure cohesion and quality in product development.

Problem Solving: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex software challenges to ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications.

• Optimization: Refactor and optimize the existing codebase for improved performance and scalability.

Documentation: Create detailed technical documentation for new and existing features.

• Unit Testing: Experience in testing of APIs via Unit Test

• Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in Python development.

Proven track record of Program Development Life Cycle application

• Extensive knowledge with popular Python frameworks such as Django or Flask.

Familiar with code versioning using Git

• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle: Agile / Scrum

Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles, data structures, and algorithms.

• Experience in developing RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.

Creative, innovative, with strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Familiarity with cloud platforms, databases, and CI/CD tools.

• Exposure to front-end technologies (e.g., React, Vue, Angular, Javascript).

Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
