Python Developer [Data-Related]

We are hiring for our client that runs a fintech infrastructure service. We are looking for a skilled Python Developer who loves working with data to join us as a Data Engineer. In this role, you will be essential in creating and maintaining data pipelines, ensuring our data systems are reliable, efficient, and scalable. You will work closely with Data Scientists, Analysts, and Software Engineers to support our business goals.

Responsibilities:

- Create and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes using Python and related technologies.

- Work with stakeholders to understand data needs and provide technical solutions.

- Improve data workflows for better performance, scalability, and reliability.

- Ensure data quality and integrity throughout its lifecycle.

- Manage data pipelines using cloud technologies like AWS, GCP, or Azure.

- Document data processes, systems, and best practices.

- Keep up with new technologies and trends in data engineering.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Python Developer with solid software development skills.

- Hands-on experience with data pipelines using Python and related tools (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Airflow).

- Knowledge of Python dependency management (e.g., libraries, packages).

- Familiarity with SQL and database technologies (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).

- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Experience with Big Data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
