We are a dynamic trading company specializing in corporate souvenir gifts, and we are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Purchasing Executive. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless flow of our operations, from checking stock with suppliers to arranging timely deliveries. Stock Management:
Regularly check stock levels with suppliers. Monitor inventory to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
Order Placement: Place orders with suppliers based on demand forecasts and stock levels. Negotiate terms and pricing to ensure cost-effectiveness. Track and monitor the status of placed orders. Address any delays or issues promptly to ensure on-time delivery.
Repacking: Oversee the repacking of goods as per client requirements. Ensure quality control during the repacking process.
- Delivery Coordination: Arrange and coordinate delivery schedules with suppliers. Communicate with logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery processes.
- Qualifications: Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management. Previous experience in the corporate gifts or trading industry is a plus. Skills: Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management systems.
