Responsible for daily purchasing duties such as purchase order issuance, follow up delivery, etc to ensure efficient and smooth running of daily operation.
To be responsible for cost negotiation, quotation comparison and analysis
Prepare timely monthly reports, etc
Liaise with existing suppliers on quotation request, price negotiation and delivery effectively and sourcing new potential suppliers
Coordinate with internal teams and other related departments.
To undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Knowledgeable in SAP system is an added advantage.
