Responsibilities:
Source new suppliers and compare existing supplier (local/overseas) to seek the best
prices, lead time and service provision.
Close coordination with suppliers on all readiness criteria (e.g. cost, quality, availability,
etc.) to ensure smooth running operation and to expedite delivery of goods.
Prepare purchase order to suppliers.
Inspecting purchased products upon delivery and reporting any issues timely.
Working closely with Operations, Accounts and Admin Department to develop and
maintain good relationship.
To perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superiors.
Requirements:
At least 4 years of working experience in the related field, knowledge in
technical/engineering would be an advantage.
Good interpersonal communication skills. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia,
English
Able to work in independently and fast paced environment
Strong prioritizing skills, ability to multi task and result driven
Experience in Microsoft Office. Knowledge in SQL System would be an advantage.
