Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Strategic Sourcing & Procurement
  • Inventory & Supply Chain Management
  • Costing and Quotation - Director
  • Import documentation
  • Technical Management and Problems solving

Job Requirements

  • Mandarin speaker is compulsory cause need deal with suppliers in China.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Minimum education: Diploma and above.
  • Provide information for pricing and alternative proposals if required.
  • Prompt sourcing and info of the products -You shall seek consent of the Director prior to confirmation of purchases.
  • Processing Orders - SCO/PO/LA/LO.
  • Assist in calculation for materials, labor and logistics for the purpose of pricing for retail or projects.
  • Update current list price and inventory when necessary.
  • To monitor costing of materials which include material price, currency exchange and logistics cost that IT always stays low and competitive.
  • To assist in any circumstances to solve problems and technical issues related to purchases from principals and factory
  • To clarify drawings /cut list with project team, installer and factory if required.
