PURCHASING EXECUTIVE - KOTA TINGGI, JOHOR Procure products which are essential for the companys day-to-day operations.
Source for quotations and evaluate the offers from suppliers.
- Issue purchase orders to suppliers.
Track purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of purchased products.- Perform goods received note in accounting system for delivered products.
Maintain updated records (eg. delivery orders and invoices) of purchased products.
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
RM2,000 to RM2,500 (based on work experience and qualification)
Female.
- Proficiency in English, Malay and Chinese (preferred).
Proficiency in computer skills.- Work experience in related field is preferred though on job training will be provided.
8am to 6pm
