Job responsibilities:- Ensure competent quality execution of all regular purchasing duties and administrative works.
Coordinate with customers and suppliers in accordance with the scope of work for projects assigned.- Purchase and issue order in accordance to specifications.
Monitor and coordinate deliveries of items among suppliers & customers to ensure that all items are delivered to the site/store on time.
- Source for new parts, suppliers or sub-contractors.
Negotiate the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries, and services with suppliers and sub-contractors assigned.- Assist in following up overseas orders; if any.
Plan and manage inventory levels of materials or products.
- Updated purchasing records/data and pricing in the system.
Prepare reports and summarize data including sales reports and costing reports.- Support tender team by obtaining quotations for tender purposes.
Preparation of documents in accordance with project requirements.
Possess Diploma / Degree in Computer Science, IT, or its equivalent.
- Working experience in an IT Company will be added advantage.
Preferable minimum 2 years working experience in related filed.- Meticulous, resourceful, and possess effective problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate with all levels of personnel and management.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.- Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
