- Possess the building material knowledge and CIDB requirement
- Sourcing and negotiating the building materials and services
- Coordinate with Supplier for material delivery schedule
- Manage inventories and maintain accurate purchase and pricing records
- Provide support to project cost controls in procurement related activities
