• prepare purchasing documents;

track orders and ensure timely delivery;

• interact with the suppliers on a day to day basis;

review inventories and order as required;

• Have experience purchase goods from China (for import)

Have experience for online purchase item from Taobao, Shopee, Lazada

• Complete any task assigned by Management

Be a Driver to Management staff go to certain location

• to complete any other duties assigned by HOD from time to time.

d) Job Requirements:

• possesses a Diploma and above certificates;

excellent analysis skills;

• good English & Chinese communication in written, oral, listen

we are looking for someone who are fluent in Chinese as the role requires the candidate to deal and communicate with Chinese speaking clients from China;

• intense capability in collaborating with internal and external parties.

Valid car driving license
