Responsible on conducting purchasing activities local & oversea.- Prepare purchase orders from ordering merchandise and supplies.
Follow up with vendors and suppliers for orders and invoices.
- Maintaining good records of purchases, pricing, invoices and other important data.
Ensure order are delivered within the timeframe by keeping good relationship with supplier and vendors.- Follow and enforce the companys procurement policies and procedures.
Ensure timely delivery of goods, receiving, issuing and distribution to respective warehouse or job sites.
- Assist in preparation of purchasing analysis and budgeting.
Maintain updated purchasing records and inventory database.- Work with team members, Supervisors, and CEO to develop future purchasing plans.
Work closely with Finance Department on billings and prompt payment to suppliers.
- Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate possess a Diploma or above in Supply Chain/ Procurement/Marketing/Business Administration/Business Studies or any other related fields.
At least 2 years of working experience in related field.- Able to work well under stress in a fast paced environment.
Has good discipline and punctuality.
- Good command in spoken and written Chinese's and English.
Have to liaise with China suppliers.- Good communication skill with basic computer knowledge.
Own transport.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to negotiate, establish, and process contracts.
