- Source and negotiate with suppliers on materials purchase prices, payment terms & conditions.
- To liaise with overseas (especially China) supplier & forwarders
- Arranging Import & Export Shipments
- Liaising with transportation inbound and outbound (haulier) mainly for import & export
- Oversee spare part store to ensure healthy stock level on critical spares & consumables
- Manage suppliers for on time delivery and quality products
- To follow up import and export shipment to ensure no delay on shipment arrival and departure.
- To source, negotiate with vendors.
- Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records and related documents.
- To liaise closely with operation team as an when required for smooth and efficient workflows.
- Managing and coordinating daily operational activities to ensure smooth business operations.
- Monitoring business goals and implementing measures to improve operational efficiency.
- Developing and implementing standard operating procedures to optimize workflows and enhance productivity.
- Identifying bottlenecks and areas for process improvement and implementing strategies to address them.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align operational goals and drive effective coordination.
- Overseeing resource allocation including recruiting.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
