Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Assist in purchasing materials and supplies for construction projects
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases and inventory
  • Communicate with vendors to obtain quotes and negotiate prices
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials
  • Assist in resolving any purchase-related issues or discrepancies
  • Assist in evaluating vendor performance and maintaining relationships
  • Assist in preparing purchase orders and invoices
  • Assist in tracking expenses and maintaining budget compliance
  • Assist in researching new vendors and products
  • Assist in analyzing market trends and pricing strategies

Job Requirements

  • Possess minimum SPM
  • Fresh grads also can apply
  • Can speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
  • Good communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Willingness to learn and grow in the role
  • Positive attitude
  • Ability to multitask
  • Punctuality and reliability
