Job Responsibilities & Description- Managing and handling all purchase procedures, from sourcing new vendors and negotiating to ordering and overseeing delivery.
- Monitoring the entire purchase process, including purchase requisition, issuing purchase orders, managing receiving, and following up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
- To monitor stock levels and prepare inventory stock reports
- To support and assist the Sales & Admin department with daily task
- To perform any tasks as assigned by management
- Educational & Experience Requirements:
At least SPM or equivalent
2 years experience in purchasing, procurement, or inventory management is often
preferred. Experience in administrative or clerical roles is advantages.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Attention to Detail: Precision in handling purchase orders, invoices, and inventory
records.
Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication with vendors, suppliers,
and internal teams.
Negotiation Skills: Capability to negotiate terms, prices, and contracts with suppliers.
Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with procurement software, spreadsheets, and
other relevant tools.
