Job Description

Process of buying or acquiring goods and services to make supply chain management more efficient. Goods, materials, and equipment procured in this process play a key role in improving the quality of products/services produced by the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring stock levels and identifying purchasing needs.
  • To liase and communication with supplier through email and phone.
  • To liase with local packaging supplier to follow up status or date of shipment.
  • To be responsible to sent out catalogue for coming shipment.
  • To issue purchase order, debit note, sample invoice.
  • To issue goods returned note (GRN) upon receiving warehouse information for any quality discrepancies.
  • To be responsible to filling, arrange and updating documents.
  • To maintain departmental documentation.

Qualifications

  • SPM / STPM in any field or equivalent;
  • Fresh graduate / entry level / minimum 1 year of working experience in relevant field;
  • Computer literare and having good skills in Microsoft Office;
  • High integrity and sound work ethics;
  • Meticulous, patient and self-motivated;
  • Good communication and problem solving skills;
  • Proficient in written and spoken in Mandarin, Malay & English;
