Process of buying or acquiring goods and services to make supply chain management more efficient. Goods, materials, and equipment procured in this process play a key role in improving the quality of products/services produced by the organization.
Responsibilities
- Monitoring stock levels and identifying purchasing needs.
- To liase and communication with supplier through email and phone.
- To liase with local packaging supplier to follow up status or date of shipment.
- To be responsible to sent out catalogue for coming shipment.
- To issue purchase order, debit note, sample invoice.
- To issue goods returned note (GRN) upon receiving warehouse information for any quality discrepancies.
- To be responsible to filling, arrange and updating documents.
- To maintain departmental documentation.
Qualifications
- SPM / STPM in any field or equivalent;
- Fresh graduate / entry level / minimum 1 year of working experience in relevant field;
- Computer literare and having good skills in Microsoft Office;
- High integrity and sound work ethics;
- Meticulous, patient and self-motivated;
- Good communication and problem solving skills;
- Proficient in written and spoken in Mandarin, Malay & English;
