- To oversee and monitor the daily operations of purchasing department
- To source and develop new suppliers to meet QCDS requirements as well as evaluate and monitor the existing suppliers performance.
- To effectively handle customers new enquiries for machine and/or module assembly project (prepare costing and quotation as well as ensure target price achievement).
- To closely monitor and follow up with the progress of on-going projects as well as coordinate suppliers and all relevant departments to meet customer requirements (QCDS).
- To be responsible for summarizing departmental monthly performance report.
- Degree/Diploma or equivalent.
- More than 5 years of purchasing working experience and knowledge packaging industry.
- Knowledge and understanding of machine parts drawings and sketches.
-- Result driven, independent and resourceful with dynamic personality, negotiations and persuasion skills.
