Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Research potential vendors
  • Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
  • Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery
  • Review quality of purchased products
  • Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
  • Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
  • Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
  • Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage

Requirements

Job Requirements

  • Perempuan
  • 20 - 40 Years Old
  • Possess a minimum Diploma
  • Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Computer literate with basic knowledge
  • Driving license D (recommended)
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field (recommended)

WORKING DAYS

  • Monday - Friday (8 a.m. - 5:15 p.m.)
  • Saturday (8 a.m. - 12 p.m.)
