Job Responsibility
- Research potential vendors
- Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
- Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Review quality of purchased products
- Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
- Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage

- Perempuan
- 20 - 40 Years Old
- Possess a minimum Diploma
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Computer literate with basic knowledge
- Driving license D (recommended)
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field (recommended)
WORKING DAYS
- Monday - Friday (8 a.m. - 5:15 p.m.)
- Saturday (8 a.m. - 12 p.m.)
