• This is a full time permanent position

Basic Salary RM2,000 - RM2,800

Working Hours: Monday-Friday: 9am-7pm

Our client, a reputable Workspace Planner & Construction as well as Office Furniture Manufacturer established in 1995 that has worked towards creating the most effective and functional workspaces for their clients. They have been growing rapidly over the years due to the high market demand and they are currently seeking a passionate Purchasing Assistant to join their big family. As part of the company, you will work with their purchasing department to provide assistance to the purchaser in purchasing of materials necessary for company's construction projects.

_Responsibilities:_

• Keeps up to date on the company's needs in order-to-order supplies when they are necessary

Assist in purchasing duties such as searching for sources and compare quotations

• Prepares reports and communicates with Senior Purchaser about offered prices on products to obtain final approval for purchases

Handle paperwork, data entry, maintain proper documentation records, and filling system

• Perform checking and verification on all invoices and handover to accounts department

Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned

_Additional Information/ Requirement:_

• Candidate must possess at least SPM/O Level/UEC/ Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree or any equivalent

Preferably candidate with at least 1 year of relevant experience (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply too)

• A good team player and willing to learn
