Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Monitor and follow up closely on the delivery of goods ordered.
  • Issue purchase order to the supplier.
  • Source for new suppliers and new items.
  • Filling, arranging and updating documents.
  • Ensure material purchase are within the best possible price, item and quality.
  • Liaise with account department for preparing payment to the supplier.
  • Conduct new supplier assessment and periodical supplier evaluation.
  • Able to follow up delivery after working hours with overseas vendor
  • Ensure compliance of ISO 9001:2015 in term of documentation and standard operation procedures.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in Business administration or Sales;
  • Proven working experience as a Purchasing or Administrative (1 Year)
  • Able to speak in English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques
