Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Performing vendor research and selection to enhance profitability, reducing operating costs and boosting efficiency
  • Maintaining cordial working relationships with vendors and supervising vendor activities
  • Using system data to determine purchasing needs and performing inventory management
  • Managing purchase orders, overseeing shipping schedules
  • Maintain updated records
  • Initiate vendor claims as needed
  • Other duties and projects as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Min SPM or Diploma in any disciplines or equivalent.
  • At least 1-2 years related working expereince
  • Microsoft Excel, Word & computer processing knowledge.
  • Customer service oriented, positive and engaging attitude.
  • Communication skills, both verbal and written in Mandarin, English
  • Need to liaise with our Mandarin speaking suppliers.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Work independently not require continual supervise
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
