Interact with suppliers on a daily basis.- Manage procurement activities, including issuing Request for Proposals (RFPs).
Arrange courier services for the pickup or delivery of parcels or documents.
- Negotiate with suppliers to ensure that the company gets the best delivery, cost, and quality on purchased materials.
Generate purchase orders (POs) after they have been approved by the relevant parties.- Follow up on orders to ensure that materials are delivered on the promised dates.
Conduct purchasing activities.
- Prepare delivery orders (DOs), invoices, and consignments for customers.
Respond to customers and suppliers via telephone, email, and WhatsApp.- Provide support to the sales and operations teams, including setting appointments and coordinating work.
Perform other administrative duties as required by the team.
