  • To assist management on the purchasing paperwork and processes as required.
To perform day to day purchasing tasks.
  • To perform day to day administrative update duties, handle inquiries related to the purchasing including maintain record and documentation.
To coordinate with the warehouse teams on the scheduled order and stock delivery / receive status when necessary.
  • To communicate and support staff from various department regarding of the administrative request / task as needed.
To assist in general administrative functions and ad-hoc assignments.
  • Conduct research on potential products, vendors, and services, and comparing price and quality to ensure the best deal.
Monitoring inventory for stock replenish.
  • Updating all records of purchased products.
Ensuring all stock is packaged appropriately and delivered to the correct location in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with others in the procurement function and review opportunities for continuous improvement and business improvements.
Standardize product dimension manufacturer drawings.
