Your role in our team:
Inventory control and purchasing of bought- and self-made parts in order to ensure the availability of the
supply.
Conduct demand planning in order to achieve the best availability of supply at the optimal price.
Transfer order requisitions into orders under the prerequisite of the four-eye-principle in order to ensure
the timely availability of materials and services.
Tracking of delivery dates; Tracking and administration of order confirmations; clarification of invoices.
Provision of support in relation to complaints and complaint processes in the respective area of
responsibility, initiation of necessary clarification, escalation and/or corrective measures.
Additional responsibilities:
Support in supplier evaluation in order to gain transparency of the supplier performance in the area of
responsibility.
Data entry, maintenance of master data and overall document archiving in connection with procurement
processes.
Support inventory management in order to ensure a high delivery capacity with a minimum of inventory.
Collaboration with purchasing controlling, e.g. in the estimation of potential, definition of targets, and
analyses of opportunities/risks, to make the value contribution transparent and manage purchasing
activities in a target-oriented manner.
Your profile:
A basic degree in any disciplines, preferably with a focus on purchasing or materials management or
similar.
At least 3 years of work experience, preferable in manufacturing industry with relevant background in
purchasing, material management or logistics related
