Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Find, evaluate and engage suppliers to achieve cost savings and best value for goods and services; existing products and new products
  • Responsible on the monthly material purchase (food & non-food) based on planning given by production supervisor.
  • Review quality of purchased products and responsible on any related issue with proper action
  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery
  • Assist with requisitions and Purchase Orders (PO) based on supplier quotations and equipment needs.
  • Track deliveries to ensure they match the PO.
  • Update stock records and verify new orders.
  • Manage purchasing to ensure essential items are available for daily operations.
  • Handles ad hoc tasks

Job Requirements

  • Possess minimum Diploma in relevant field.
  • At least 2 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
  • Can start work immediately.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office application (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
  • Strong attention to details and organizational skills.
