Job Description

Handle all the import shipment movement and follow up vessel schedule with supplier.

Liaise with forwarding agent for cargo movement arrangement.

Update related department for cargo arrival date.

Liaise with customs for code application, duty exemption and reporting.

Liaise with bank for letter of credit (LC) issuance.

Negotiate the freight cost and freight forwarder cost from time to time.

Input data into SAP system and manage complete documentation.

Prepare for import shipment and domestic raw material payment.
