Job Description
- Conduct planning for the purchase of raw materials from China and parts and components and coordinate cross department efforts in meeting On Time Delivery (OTD) for shipment to customers as per production schedule
Oversees end-to-end supply chain management, including procurement, logistics, and inventory management- Optimizes processes to ensure efficient production, timely delivery, and cost-effectiveness
Plan, schedule, and execute audits on existing and prospective suppliers according to established audit procedures and schedules
- Liaise with factory manager on production plans to plan purchase schedule
Liaise with Store to perform Goods Receive Procedure- Liaise with QC department to communicate any incoming product defects with supplier and follow up in a timely manner
Liaise with Accounting department and continually seek ways to keep costs down
- Drive new methods and frameworks into the organization including purchase schedule organization
Prepare monthly shipment reports to the CEO
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably 7+ Year(s) of working experience- Language(s): English & Bahasa Malaysia a must. Mandarin is a plus
