Job Overview: We are seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join us as Pupil in Litigation or Pupil in Conveyancing. This opportunity allows you to gain valuable hands-on experience in your chosen area of interest within the legal field. Candidates may choose to specialize in either Litigation or Conveyancing, depending on their career goals.
Bachelors degree in Law (LL.B) from a recognized institution, Certificate in Legal Practice (CLP) or its equivalent.
- Strong interest in either litigation or conveyancing.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
_Pupil in Litigation:
_- Assist in the preparation and drafting of legal documents, including pleadings, affidavits, and submissions.
Conduct legal research to support ongoing cases.
- Attend court proceedings, take notes, and prepare case summaries.
Assist senior lawyers with case management and trial preparation.- Liaise with clients and provide updates on case progress.
_Pupil in Conveyancing:
_- Assist in the preparation and review of sale and purchase agreements, loan documents, and other conveyancing matters.
Conduct legal research on property law and related areas.
- Assist in the process of property transfers, including liaising with clients, financial institutions, and relevant authorities.
Prepare legal opinions and provide advice on conveyancing matters.- Support senior lawyers in managing conveyancing transactions from start to finish.
