Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Account Manager - Public Sector. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing key client accounts in the public sector. This includes building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their technology needs, and providing solutions that align with their business goals. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth. This role is primarily located in Damansara, with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer satisfaction, account management, and communication
• Proven track record in sales, particularly in the public sector
• Strong understanding of the public sector and its unique challenges
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to clients
• Prior experience working in a technology or consulting company is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
