Responsibilities : - To facilitate effective communication and collaboration between our company and government bodies, potential investors, stakeholders, and other relevant parties.
- To advocate for our interests, promoting understanding of our initiatives, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- To engage with government agencies at local, regional, and national levels to represent the companys interests and facilitate necessary approvals or permits.
- To identify and engage with stakeholders including investors, community groups, industry associations, and NGOs to foster productive relationships and address concerns.
- To monitor regulatory developments and policy changes relevant to the organizations operations. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
- To develop and implement strategies to enhance the organizations reputation and visibility among key stakeholders. Advocate for policies and initiatives that support the organizations objectives.
- To prepare reports, presentations, and communications materials for internal and external stakeholders. Communicate effectively to ensure understanding and alignment on key issues.
- To handle negotiations and resolve conflicts diplomatically to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes for the organization and stakeholders.
- To establish for the company corporate communications strategy including internal and external channel that supports business objectives.
- To plan, develop and drive comprehensive Corporate Communication, Public Affairs and Relations strategies to enhance companys image and position within the corporate environment and general public.
- Ensure proper crisis communication guidelines/manual/plans are implemented and executed.

Bachelor's Degree in
Public Relations, Communication, Business Administration, Marketing, Law, Journalism, International Relations, Information Technology & Communications or other that may be related.
- At least
3 year's working experience in Corporate Communication, Public Relations or equivalent field.
- Proven experience working in public relations, media relations, or corporate communications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with the ability to craft clear and compelling messages for various audiences. Female preferred.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to managing public perception and reputational risks.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, multitask, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when dealing with confidential information and sensitive issues.
- Strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of government processes and regulations, and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders.
- High proficiency in MS Office.
- Possess own transport & must be willing to travel
