Responsibilities:
- Organizing and planning global online competitions or events for the company and its related partner organizations.
develop proposals and implements public relations strategies specifically for promoting events- coordinate and manage relationships with media outlets, influencer, and other stakeholders to ensure successful promotion and average of events
create and distribute press releases, social media content and other communications materials related to events
- plan, execute and manage all aspects of events, including logistics, participants coordination and promotion
assist in company branding effort including social media, website write-ups and creative direction- manage branding communications with external parties such as media houses and event partners.

- assist company management executives with ad-hoc research tasks as assigned
conduct research and gather information to support the teams- facilitate communication between departments regarding research findings
Requirement:- Bachelors degree in Public Relations, Communications or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in public relations, with a focus on organizing competitions or campaigns
- strong project management and content planning skills
excellent written and verbal communication skills- ability to lead entire campaign and work independently
proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant design applications
- Experience working with media outlets or journalists
Experience in planning and executing events within the computer and IT fields.- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
Flexibility to handle diverse tasks and multitasking
- Flexibility to work outside of normal working hours if needed
