- Role
As a
Client Success Associate, you will work closely with clients to respond to first-level queries on the services provided and with internal stakeholders to support clients requests on a timely basis. You will also be required to answer queries on billings and general enquiries.
Interacts with clients to provide support and information about a designated good or service over the phone, via email, online chat, or in person
- Uses knowledge in various service products, or other given area of competence to respond to questions or refer them to the appropriate team
Keeps track of client interactions and accounts, including information of questions, complaints, and comments- Carrying out the billing-process and sending out the invoices correctly
Ensure the completeness and accuracy of data in core billing modules
- Gain competencies to provide solutions for clients enquiries on setting up companies, compliance requirement, accounting and tax matters
Identifying common issues and escalating them to management with any potential solutions- Ability to handle high volume of requests
Ability to act as key liaison between the clients and the organisation to fulfil duties required
- Qualifications and Skills
Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or other related courses
- Organised and Meticulous individual
Self-driven and proactive learner Able to adapt quickly and work in a fast pace environment
- Ability to work under pressure
