Assist the Lead of Process Excellence in documenting the policies and procedures as required by the Company. Work closely with Lead of Process Excellence, stakeholders and cross functional teams across the company to ensure the tasks related to documentation of the policies/framework required are completed and reviewed in meeting the overall business objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. To assist in the development of the new policies and procedures as required for the Company.
2. To assist the yearly review of the existing policies and procedures to reflect the current practice.
3. To assist the administrative of the knowledge sharing session with Users on the new/revised policies and procedures to ensure consistent practice in the Company.
4. To work with stakeholders and cross-functional teams across Tower in meeting the objective of the Company.
5. Assume responsibility for other relevant tasks as assigned from time to time.
Skills and Qualifications
Qualification:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Digital Marketing or any related field or equivalent.
- Unemployed fresh graduate, with CGPA of 3.0 and above.
Knowledge:
- Good knowledge on documentation and project management. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Skills/Competencies:
- Concern for order and quality, excellent communication, writing, interpersonal, presentation and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Strong passion for emerging trends and innovations
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong drive for continuous learning and growth.
