PROTGReady to Work (RTW)PROTG-RTW implements initiatives to increase marketability potential and entrepreneurial skills among unemployed graduates and is open to various fields of study.
The total implementation period of PROTG-RTW is eight (8) months which consists of two (2) training components, namely:
1) Soft-skills Training
2) On-the-Job Training
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveyor- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Monitoring costs to ensure that the budget isn't excedded, and that cost savings are achieved.
- Responsible for sub-contractors and suppliers pricing and negotiation.
Preparation of valuation of progress claims and sub-contractors claims- Support the authorization and submission of project variations
Preparation of project progress reports & analyze the progress to ease the process of achieving milestones with correct instruction.
- Attending client and consultants meeting with regard to the work progress and site problem.
