Requirement :
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying
Computer literacy and excellent communication skills are essential- Able to work under pressure and independently with minimal supervision
Fresh grade (Preferred)
Job Scope:
- Assist executive to Prepare overall project budgets, construction costs, progress claims/payment, variation orders and final accounts are prepared.
Assist executive checking and auditing of bills of quantities and other tender documents.- Ensure tender procedures and contract arrangements are complied with company policies and procedures.
Organize the registration of contractors and the shortlisting of contractors of tenders.
- Organize the calling of tenders, check tender evaluation and preparation of award reports.
Participate in pre-contract negotiations and tender interviews.- Source for pricing from supplier/contractor and work out competitive tender prices.
Regular cost monitoring of projects including variations to ensure construction cost are within the agreed budgets.
- Any other ad-hoc requirements that are relevant.
