JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Provide first level troubleshooting via telephone, chats, remote/direct support to all level end user.
Handle all ticketing, email and telephone incident/request.- Provide direction and guidance to customers and field technicians during the troubleshooting process.
Pro-actively monitor the health of customer networks using existing NMS systems to detect when systems or customer sites experience faults.
- Identify trends, address unreported outages, and follow established processes for responding to alarms.
Ticket escalation, severity categorization, support coordination, between users and engineers
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum is Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering related field
Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP or other networking certifications can be beneficial
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work on shifts- Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in high-pressure situations
- Able to work at Cyberjaya
Immediate vacancy. Being able to start immediately or on short notice is an added advantage
