Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Provide first level troubleshooting via telephone, chats, remote/direct support to all level end user.
Handle all ticketing, email and telephone incident/request.
  • Provide direction and guidance to customers and field technicians during the troubleshooting process.
Pro-actively monitor the health of customer networks using existing NMS systems to detect when systems or customer sites experience faults.
  • Identify trends, address unreported outages, and follow established processes for responding to alarms.
Ticket escalation, severity categorization, support coordination, between users and engineers

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum is Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering related field
Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP or other networking certifications can be beneficial
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work on shifts
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in high-pressure situations
  • Able to work at Cyberjaya
Immediate vacancy. Being able to start immediately or on short notice is an added advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 8 months

Pay: RM2,
  • 00 per month

  • Fixed shift
Monday to Friday
