PROTGReady to Work (RTW)PROTG-RTW implements initiatives to increase marketability potential and entrepreneurial skills among unemployed graduates and is open to various fields of study.
The total implementation period of PROTG-RTW is eight (8) months which consists of two (2) training components, namely:
1) Soft-skills Training
2) On-the-Job Training
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.- Preferably Entry Level specialized in IT/Computer-Software or equivalent.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to work with a team in a high pace and time-critical environment.
Details-oriented and has great problem-solving skills.- Applicant must be willing to travel outstation and possess own transport.
Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
- Willing to learn and follow the instruction from superior, able to work in a team and independently.
Perform troubleshooting on company servers, networks, and related issues.
- Perform IT Hardware implementation to enhance the current infrastructure environment.
Resolve escalated service issues, coaching other team members to resolutions, engineering and implementing complex projects.- Perform other duties as assigned from time to time.
Required to standby during after working hours, public holidays and weekends.
