Job Scope :
- Plan and supervise maintenance and repair activities and liaise with responsible parties regarding issues related to Civil Engineering.
Solving problems related to Civil Engineering, Housekeeping, Landscape and Pest Control and making reports.- Assist the Civil Eengineer & Facility Manager in handling the overall operation including the distribution of manpower to fulfill the plans that have been made.
Ensure that all complaints (Work Orders) are resolved according to the KPI set by the company.
- Ensure the overall course of operations within the established standards.
