Job Title : Protg Pharma Talent Program (Retail)
Locations : Malaysia-Kuala Lumpur- Bangsar South
Role Description & Responsibilities
The purpose of Protg Program is to support the Commercial team manage a designated territory to promote Pfizer's products to doctors and customers.
Establish sound understanding of customer needs, challenges, competition, key trends etc
Responsible for detailing and selling pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals
Track account sales (sales, penetration rates and market share)
Assist Line Manager in ad hoc projects and implementation
Qualifications
Degree/Diploma, preferably in a Science background
Possess a valid driving license and a car or motorcycle
A pleasant and dynamic personality combined with enthusiasm and desire to continuously learn
A team player with excellent interpersonal skills
A self-motivated and industrious achiever
