To support to Service Manager(s) for Proposal/Quotation generation in ERP Oracle Netsuite & to liaise with the Service Manager(s) to further align on the customer requirements & expectations.
- To process all incoming inquiries as assigned to you and ensure all quotations are issued correctly in Oracle Netsuite, on time as per customer requirements.
To be responsible for communicating with the factory (pipe fittings & flanges, etc2) to expedite quotation/technical information- For selected major projects/service contract tender, you are required to discuss with Service Manager(s) prior to bid completion. This is to develop a clear project strategy and project requirements.
To ensure Quotation/Proposal Generation comply with our company policy and procedures, ISO requirements, and Code of Conduct.
- To communicate and/or to attend meetings with customers as and when required.
To attend to customers requests like inquiry reviews, selection of products, clarifications on specification and requirement, etc and communicate to Service Manager(s) when required.- To work with the Sales/Service Coordinator to ensure Sales Order are processed timely, with handover documentation uploaded sufficiently in Oracle NetSuite.
Min Diploma holder- Experience in Oil & Gas Industry
Knowledge of ASTM, API and ASME is an added advantage
