Formulate, organize, and develop sales activities by identifying property trends and new market opportunities
Ensure the sales gallery and show unit(s) are in tip top condition
Participate in any sales launching, event, roadshow, exhibition, and station at the sales gallery in accordance with the working hours and duty roster
Attend customer enquiries, assist and support sales conveying process
Build and maintain relationship with potential prospect
To provide excellent sales service to clients and customers
Monitor and track sales processes effectively to close sales within the stipulated period
To prepare report such as weekly & monthly sales report, activities report, work progress report and relevant reports or documentation that required by management
Support the Marketing team in the implementation of the sales & marketing program and provide feedback on product and campaigns
To assist real estate agency when required
To perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the superior/management when required
Job Requirements
Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business/Marketing/Property Related Field or equivalent
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin is added advantage
At least 2-3 years experience in Property Sales/Real Estate Consultation will be an added advantage
Pro-active, self-motivated, outgoing, and cheerful personality
Excellent in communication and interpersonal skills, negotiating skills and selling skill
Willing to work on weekends and public holidays
Based at Titiwangsa KL Sales Gallery
