To handle inquiries regarding property for sales and rental.
Find listings and arrange the viewing of the properties.
Upload and update the property listings onto internet site such as company website, I-Property, Property Guru and Facebook.
Attend the viewings for agents and clients.
Do necessary sales admin work as Tenancy agreement and PA preparation with lawyer.
Arrange for maintenance departments services - such as renovation, air cond service, plumbing, cleaning and etc.
To handle all scopes of paperwork and keep updated and latest news and policies related to Property market in Selangor KL.
Job Requirements
Proven work experience as property admin staff.
Possess minimum education Degree or above
Fully understanding property management and its financial aspects.
Strong knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding property management.
Interpersonal savvy with strong communication and presentation skills.
Well organized with excellent time management skills.
Diploma in Property Management or related field is added advantage.
Valid driving license.
Good English and Bahasa Malaysia written and verbal communication skills.
