Job Responsibilities:- Handle all sales inquiries, including telephone, walk-ins, and email.
Meet with clients and conduct property viewings- Promote and sell the company's properties effectively.
Advise purchasers on bank loan and end financing procedures.
- Achieve sales targets set by the Management.
Collect down payments and ensure the signing of Sale & Purchase agreements and loan approvals.- Perform additional tasks and assignments as directed by Senior Management, Department Head, or direct superior.
Candidate possess at least a Degree/Diploma in Marketing/Business Studies/Mass Communication or equivalent.- At least 2-3 years of experience in property sales.
Proven track record in a sales role.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients- Pleasant, outgoing, and friendly personality.
Own transport and willingness to travel.- Available to work on weekends and public holidays.
Must be a Malaysian citizen.
