Job Responsibility
- Tenant Relations & Customer Service:
- Act as the main point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Coordinate move-in/move-out processes, inspections, and documentation.
- Maintain regular communication to ensure tenant satisfaction.
- Lease & Occupancy Management:
- Assist with preparing and managing lease agreements, renewals, and terminations.
- Track lease terms and ensure timely renewals or end-of-lease arrangements.
- Ensure compliance with lease agreements and regulations.
- Property Maintenance:
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance with vendors and contractors.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure property safety and upkeep.
- Oversee preventive maintenance to reduce future costs.
- Vendor & Contractor Coordination:
- Manage relationships with service providers and contractors.
- Monitor work quality and approve invoices as per budget.
- Financial & Rent Management:
- Track property expenses, assist with budgeting, and prepare financial reports.
- Monitor rent collections and handle payment inquiries from tenants.
- Marketing & Leasing:
- Support marketing efforts for vacant units and coordinate property viewings.
- Maintain accurate property listings and collaborate with agents to ensure occupancy.
- Community Engagement:
- Organize tenant events to foster a positive living environment.
- Act as a liaison between tenants and the property management team.
Job Requirements
We are seeking a proactive and organized Property Management Executive to oversee tenant relations, property maintenance, lease management, and financial reporting for our properties. This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations, fosters tenant satisfaction, and supports the overall success of property management
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Language requirements: English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
- At least 1-2 years of experience in property management, leasing, or customer service
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and property management software.
- Basic understanding of lease agreements and property management regulations.
- A valid drivers license and access to transportation.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
