We are looking for a motivated, dynamic
Project Technician (WAH) to join our team based out of our offices in various locations. Your responsibilities will be to plan, support, manage the projects and develop capabilities of our people.

Purposes
To provide supports to Operations in order to achieve KPI, improvement and growth through he effective implementation of process and policies improvement which cover Operations and Service function. The job will be focusing on the supporting project deployment and develop capability of our people. These cover the aspects of monitoring the service operations effectiveness through proper management of stakeholders and assets in a manner consistent with the local country business plan.
In This Role You Will Be Responsible For
- To execute special project, inventory check and complete task according to assignment given under Service Capability Special Project accountability i.e., fumigation, pest proofing, bird control and other Operations related matter
- To support branches on operations related matter when needed at the discretion of management i.e., to support bird control job and other special projects when needed
- To support line manager and team in completion of the assigned tasks and projects
- To provide accurate report to the line manager when needed
- To build and retain good relationship with customers
- To complete other related assigned tasks from time to time
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Minimum SPM in related discipline of studies with proven track record in Operations and Service industry
- Prior experience in Operations and service industry (CIDB certified)
- Experienced in Working at Height (WAH) including rope work, scaffolding, and MEWP
- Understanding about Operations is essential
- Computer skill is essential (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint).
- Possess good interpersonal, communication and writing skills
- Mature, able to work independently and a team player
- Positive, result oriented, has good drive, can work under pressure and initiative
- Required to travel to the branches throughout Malaysia
- Required valid driving license because driving is part of the job requirement for this designation
- Possess GDL license is an advantage
- Possess own vehicle, is a Malaysian or holds a relevant resident status
