PROJECT SITE ENGINEER (ACMV - AIR CONDITIONING & MECHANICAL VENTILATION)
JOB SCOPE
- M&E Costing, design and site implementation
Day-to-day project planning and implementation- Monitor ACMV site works to ensure compliance with spec, budget and timeline
Liaise with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth implementation and on-time delivery of the project
- Review and resolve discrepancies in drawings and at site.
Lead Construction Team members to complete the job on time.- Familiar with AutoCAD (Preparation of As Built Drawing)
REQUIREMENTS
Degree / Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering
- Good Knowledge in ACMV Design, Site Installation and T&C.
- 2 to 5 years of Construction Site experience especially for ACMV industry.
- Able to travel to Construction Site at Petaling Jaya daily.
