Job Description :_
- Develop and execute strategies to promote Chiller products in the commercial air conditioning market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, existing clients, and potential customer to expand the client base.- Transition from product-centric to solution-centric selling by offering comprehensive HVAC solutions including systems, services, and control.
Provide technical support, equipment selection, system design, and heat load estimation to consultants and key accounts.
- Identify customer needs through Plan & Spec methods and enhance the companys chances of securing orders.
Identify opportunities for campaigns and services based on market and competitor analysis.- Monitor customer feedback and proactively address customer needs.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking events.

Requirement :_
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven track record in project sales, preferably in the HVAC or construction industry.- Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of HVAC systems and applications is an advantage.- Willingness to travel as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,- 00 - RM7,000.00 per month
