Job Description

Job Responsibility

Sales Focus

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow PayRecons client base.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with eCommerce businesses.
  • Present and demonstrate PayRecons solutions to potential clients, ensuring they understand the value of our platform.
  • Assist in creating customized sales proposals and closing deals.

Project Coordination Focus

  • Coordinate between internal teams and clients to ensure successful implementation of projects.
  • Manage timelines, track progress, and communicate project updates to stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Assist in organizing training sessions and workshops for clients to maximize their use of PayRecon.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues or escalate them to the technical team when necessary.
  • Gather client feedback and work with the development team to enhance our system.

Job Requirements

  • 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in eCommerce or tech industries
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Ability to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions
  • Basic understanding of eCommerce platforms and marketplaces is a plus
