Project Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Subang Jaya within the ICT sector. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience managing ICT projects, coupled with strong technical knowledge and proficiency in Agile or Prince methodologies. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to lead cross-functional teams, and a readiness to travel as needed.

• Responsibilities:

Lead and manage ICT projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation plans using Agile or Prince methodologies.

Collaborate effectively with diverse teams including developers, engineers, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.

Communicate project status updates, issues, and resolutions to stakeholders and senior management.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices.

Travel to client sites and project locations as required.

• Utilize project management tools and software to track project milestones and deliverables.

• Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in the ICT sector.

Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) or Prince2 certification.

• Solid understanding of ICT technologies, systems, and project management methodologies.

Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize effectively.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Valid driving license and willingness to travel locally and occasionally regionally.
